16.01.2022 Great source of potassium, magnesium and B6. I love making a banana cinnamon tea before bed to speed recovery and relax the muscles. Step 1: thoroughly wash an organic banana and cut about 2cm off each end leaving the skin on. Step 2: Add a few cups of filtered water into a saucepan ... Step 3: add banana, teaspoon of cinnamon (or to taste) and some natural honey (to taste) Step 4: bring to boil for about 12min. If you guessed the question to this answer to be DO YOU HAVE A DAILY MOBILITY/STRETCHING PRACTICE? You nailed it. We all seem to know how important it is to have a daily practice that focuses on flexibility, however, the majority of people don’t have one. I believe that this is due to people not having an effective framework or plan and also not understanding the inherent benefits aside form just being more flexible in the muscles. Below is an ideal starter framework to incorporate a practice into your daily schedule and includes holistic benefits of each asana. 1. Start with selecting 2-3 of the asana’s below and hold each for 2-3min 2. Work your way through the list in the first week. 3. Do them while watching your favourite show, a movie, a podcast or listening to music each evening. 4. Focus on nasal breathing while doing them 5. Discover the ones you vibe with or the ones that provide the biggest release in tour body and add them on in the second week so you’re doing 4-5 different asana’s each day. 6. Remember to be kind/gentle with your body. It’s all about release and flow not force. Take your time and be present. 7. ENJOY THE BENEFITS
