Using mediums like art, music and dance can be a great way to express and portray our emotional experiences. Sitting down to create can also be a way of releasing and regulating big, complex and messy feelings. In doing so, we can take a step back and observe what gets created... what manifests. Then we may start to put words to our experiences. . Have you even sat do...wn with a blank canvas and a pile of paints?
