25.01.2022 Morning Mastery day 4 of 5: Get moving for 5 mins - After your morning beverage get moving. It can be as simple as walking to check the mail; personally, I do a gentle yoga flow. This will get your brain going, and your body primed for the day. If you want to try my morning yoga sequence (see picture below) I go through it twice. The first time around, I hold each pose for about 15 seconds. The second time around, I flow through slowly without pausing; however, you do you.
