14.01.2022 It’s coming. I’ve been feeling physically sick and unable to go out, a little sad about letting go. Looking at myself in the mirror and seeing all the dark corners of my soul - accepting them. And yet I am so immensely happy that we have the opportunity to experience intense transformation. The realisation that we control our own experience of reality. It’s been a dark year folks but that polarity can help us jump into the light. Be kind to yourself. Meditate, take baths, hug... the universe, be alone, be with those you love, speak your truth, understand and embrace that every person, with all their foibles, is part of the fabric of you, working towards a higher goal. Tomorrow is a marker - 21/12/20 - an unusual and momentous astrological event - jupiter and Saturn align - a chance for us to raise our awareness and take our poor 3D earth towards a place where angels sing. It won’t be instantaneous, oh no! but it can be one step closer. So just be a little conscious of the next few days. Onwards ascension warriors!! See more

03.01.2022 IC sufferers or anyone..if you feel like an hour of yoga and meditation I’ll post this on IGTV to follow along no words of instruction, I was just going with what came intuitively...
