25.01.2022 Don't forget the End of Footy Season party at the club tomorrow night. The 'off season' of bowls has seen several great Friday nights at the club. Come join us for another one!

25.01.2022 Melbourne Cup day at the club was a great success.

25.01.2022 We had our first club dinner for the season tonight and the meal was amazing. Roast lamb, green beans, roast potatoes and carrots, with gravy. Sweets on offer.... drumstick or cheesecake. Well done! Thanks to Megan and Chris for doing an fantastic job feeding 60 odd people! Look forward to the next Friday night dinner.

Donations may be used as separate prizes or added to Christmas hampers. No used items please! Some suggestions are: Shortbread Fruit Mince pies... Wine / Champagne/ Baileys/ Beer etc. Chocolates Christmas tableware e.g. serviettes, bonbons Pudding Nuts/Crackers Small Christmas decorations/novelties Baskets / Decorative (Christmas theme) large boxes to put prizes in! Unfortunately, this disappointed many members and some have asked if something else can be arranged for the day. In consultation with board members we have decided to invite you all to the club from 12:30pm onwards. Please BYO lunch/nibbles and observe Covid seating protocol. 06.01.2022 **The Ladies Survived the Challenge** The Ascot Park Ladies Premier side had a win yesterday! Possibly the best game they have ever played, to stop being relegated to a lower division. By beating Morphett Vale they stay in Premier league and Morphett Vale get relegated, they actually exchanged positions on the ladder. The last 5 ends was possibly the best the crowd watching has ever witnessed. All rinks picked up shots after being down, with every player putting in to make it a most memorable win. Congratulations to one and all, well done. (The celebrations were well deserved)
