19.01.2022 Ascot Singers choir rehearsal is cancelled tomorrow morning due to the hall being used for school photos.Intermediate Band is cancelled Thursday morning as well.

09.01.2022 We had so many fabulous kids shave or cut their hair this year to support the Leukaemia Foundation. Our final shave is on Monday at assembly, when Mr Kosack farewells his rather fine curls! We look forward to welcoming Elle from SUBIACO HAIR to the stage to do the shave.

06.01.2022 Year 6 students did an amazing job hosting a marketplace on the covered games court today, showcasing and selling products that they have designed and constructed during their Technologies unit. Students have worked with 'Future Anything' - an organisation that empowers Youth Entrepreneurship in Schools.

04.01.2022 To celebrate Ascot State School’s 100th birthday, students have participated in the creation of seven vibrant art pieces (one for each year level), featuring buildings and elements of the school grounds. What a wonderful memory these colourful designs would be for your children, hanging in your home. The art pieces are professionally mounted in beautiful large timber frames of approx. size 80 x 65cm. Stay tuned over coming weeks for further information as these collaborative art pieces will form part of an Online Auction for Prep to Year 5 art works. Our Year 6 students will enjoy a face to face auction at their graduation ceremony.

03.01.2022 We are very happy to announce that the Belinda Cadzow Swim School will be offering classes at our new location of Ascot State School pool as of Monday 21 September. We will kick off the programme with a fun and beneficial Holiday Intensive programme, which will include the hugely popular Commonwealth Games programme with Illy. From the start of Term 4 our talented team of Instructors will be at the pool both before and after school providing a quality programme with classes... ranging from Private Learn to Swim through to Squad level.
