25.01.2022 Melbourne's Lockdown 6.0 We are available for face-to-face appointments for URGENT CARE only. Urgent care will be decided on a case-by-case basis during a discussion held between you and your Osteopath. A summary of the clinical criteria for urgent care includes care that:... Avoids a potential hospital admission or emergency department presentation. Avoids serious acute consequences or acute deterioration. Prevents/delays the need for further specialist medical or surgical intervention. Prevents an increase in care needs that would necessitate additional carer supports or change in accommodation needs. Limits secondary complications post surgery, where deferral would lead to long term adverse consequences. Other care where deferral would lead to long term adverse consequences (e.g. delays to child development) If you think that you are in need of an URGENT CARE appointment, please contact us on 0393704033 so that we can chat to you about your condition and go through our screening questions with you. Please be aware that we may be working on reduced reception hours throughout this lockdown period. Please leave us a voicemail so we can get back to you as soon as possible. As always, we thank you for your ongoing understanding and support. These strange times are hard for everyone - us included. We love helping all of our patients achieve their goals, and we are here to help as best we can. We look forward to seeing you all at the end of this but please reach out if you need help.

10.01.2022 2021 goals The start of a new year brings all the good intentions but not always realistic. Here are our tips to meeting your goals and setting yourself up to win! Have a clear goal and intention- It will help keep you motivated ... Break it down- Don't just aim for the end result but think of some achievable in-between moments to celebrate Give yourself a timeline- don't let it draw out, it it is something that be done in a month, plus having a deadline helps maintain motivation If you don't know how to apply these principles to your 2021 goals, have a chat to your Osteopath the next time you're in for a treatment! #avo #ascotvaleosteo #2021 #goals
