19.01.2022 Important exemption for trauma victims who find it difficult to wear a facemask due to past trauma and subsequent terror feelings arising from wearing the mask: The Dept of Health and Human Services has issued this instruction on their website: https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/face-coverings-covid-19... Q - What about people who have experienced trauma that makes it difficult for them to wear a face covering? A - Some people who have past experiences of trauma are unable to wear a face covering due to psychological impacts. This is a valid reason not to wear or carry a face covering when you leave home.
