25.01.2022 I recently upped my dose of ASEA to 120ml morning and night I have had a massive shift in old pain 1st : my dodgy knee is at 98 or 99% pain free even when I’m bending down up and down the ladder or stairs. 2nd: my gallbladder has less to no pain whatsoever and tolerant of more foods without taking quickeze. 3rd: my breathing is deeper than it’s been in years I feel so much better. 4th: on going shoulder and neck pain is at about 90% this may take longer because I sleep i...n that side. 22.01.2022 If your not getting results try the following doses: 60ml twice daily is for those without health issues. If one is 50 years old and above, one needs at least 120ml twice daily. If within a week of taking 120ml twice daily and still no improvement, try 240ml twice daily for another week. ... If you increase by 30ml twice daily every 3 days till you hit 240ml twice daily and then work down by 30ml twice daily every 3 days again. When we scale up and down, we can then identify our sweet spot - that amount which works best for us and it's different for everyone. Thank you to Sze for this advise I hope it can help others.

I know it seems a little expensive to buy these amazing products but it’s cheaper than 2 beers or a packet of smokes or even 2 coffees a day.
