10.01.2022 NEVER LOSE SIGHT OF YOUR GOALS! This kid is SPECIAL He may not be the most skilled, most athletic or highest IQ in NSW... ... BUT MAN! I would never trade up to coach anyone else! His work ethic is next to NONE!! He got hit by the injury stick and last year broke his ankle at training.. Most kids would take some time off to get their head around it Not Jackson Twice a week we were on the grind working out at home on his upper body to start with and now progressing to moving again! It’s been a LONG time to say the least but honestly this kids heart and mind is strong AF and he will get back

04.01.2022 3 TIPS TO JUMP HIGHER 1 Consistency is always going to be Following a program for 1 month and being guaranteed a silly amount of inches to your vertical is not the way to do it... 2 Progressive Overload - your body will get used to what you are doing You can’t do the same exercises and program whilst expecting your jump to get better! You must progress 3 Be real with yourself - saying you want to jump higher without putting in the work or finding someone to help you with it is a COP OUT
