12.01.2022 I can't believe the brand CRICUT. I purchased a cricut expression 2 on line got it home it worked great for 3 days, I was so happy. Then I went to turn it on 2 days later and it wouldn't turn on. So I asked the person I got it from if they had any problems with it they said no. So I decided to ring Cricut help line. First I couldn't get a hold of them the message service said call back between 2pm and 3am so I did that and still a message saying to call between those time or... leave a message and they will call back so I do that. 2 days later still no call. So I call again same message so I leave another message 4 days later i get a call and i missed it so i call back and it says I'm going to be on hold for a hour and 15 minutes. So I decided to hold, I was on hold for a hour and 20 minutes finally some answers I tell them the problem they ask me to try hold so buttons down to try and reset it that didn't work. Then the man says. THERE IS NOTHING ELSE I CAN HELP YOU WITH IF THAT DIDN'T WORK THEN THROW IT OUT. I said haven't you got a repair center? He said no THROW IT OUT. WOW THANKS CRICUT. See more
