24.01.2022 Currently in NSW, there are close to two Will challenge cases for every 50 deaths. This is almost double the rate of Will challenge cases in other Australian States and Territories. Even as lawyers, we find this astonishing. More disturbingly, the average legal cost incurred in each case is approximately 20% of the value of the Estate.
