18.01.2022 ~The only constant in life is Change~ My life is an ever flowing abundant river of cycles and change. Never grounded in the one space for too long as I flow wi...th the current and gather knowledge and experience as I go. People come and go, human expressions flow in and flow out. The dance of life continues. Sometimes I float, sometimes I scramble to hold on. It's become time for me to move along from The Sacred Mandala at Y2H. I thoroughly enjoyed being in that space and sharing the light codes that dance through me with sound, chants and song. I met many lovely people and got to know myself a lot deeper in the process. I feel content with the decision and take guidance from the innate essence that guides me. Thankyou to the lovely Bek for our time spent together. I look forward to watching The Sacred Mandala grow and embrace the community in love, health, wellness, and wisdom. New Horizons await New experiences to be had New connections to embrace Still offering the Monday Deep Dive into the streams of Awareness that await you. This is in my home and is a glorious time spent. There will be full day dives for those that feel called also. First one tomorrow and we have a full house! 17.01.2022 Are you the Dreamer or the Dreamed, The Seer or the Seen, Are you both, and if so, simultaneously or is it a dance between the two, Who are you? What are you?... Why are you? In meditations today, through layers and layers of colours, physical feels, movements of energy through my body, breath illumination, cellular expansions, and key words, I ponder this; Who am I What am I Why am I What IS an I This I stay with, What is I....and who is even asking. I seek to bridge all gaps. Deep deep in a voidless state of awareness with sublime feelings of emptiness and light I was offered a question. To know anything I wanted about anything at all. Full access to the void of possibilities. I had no question, none, I was smiling and in peace. Any question at all seemed irrelevant. There was nothing to ask. No answers needed. There was no need to know. Seeking anything from my human perspective seemed trivial and at the same time, I wanted it all to continue to just unfold. I'm still sitting with that. In my waking life I am an eternal researcher, a seeker, always on a quest. Always uncovering, learning, reading, listening. And now I'm gifted a new space that has opened up within me. It's so spacious in here. Also, I was strongly guided with these words and I feel that they pertain to us all. Allow them in. Don't fight them. No buts, none at ALL, these words.. "THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO FEAR EVER, NOT EVER" And it wasn't just a sentence spoken through me, I felt it fundamentally deep within my being. Artist ~ Randal Roberts.

The Crystal bowls and other sound tools are deeply soothing. 13.01.2022 Power of sound! A great article in regards to the power of harmonics, chanting, singing, and frequency healing. Both one on one sessions and in a group I have been blessed to witness and facilitate great shifts in our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual bodies due to sound therapy. ... This is what I do with ease amd grace as it's not about me, it's what flows through me. A channel for sound, chants, prayers, and song. Many ask me where it comes from and want to label it as cosmic, native, angelic, etc. I don't want to label it at all, I feel it's origins and it's not needed. My answer is it comes from everything, everyone, from the ALL. I am also now a very blessed founding member/facilitator of a new device that will transform life as we know it in regards to frequency healing at its core infrastructures. 03.01.2022 This current bombardment is intense! Big girl panties and self loving reflection needed at every turn. Do we want to believe the old patterns, the internal pl...oys of negative disposition, OR, do we want to be done with those earth classrooms, those lessons, and be free. Ofcourse we want freedom, but do we choose it at every opportunity. Are we willing to be the Alchemist. To be the hero or heroine of our own story. To save ourselves amongst the murk and mire. At every turn I am triggered by something and someone. Getting to see the easily eaten up stories of not being good enough. It is all rejection in various cloaks and veils. The devil playing his role with smoke and mirrored awareness. Even the devil seeks freedom. So tired of the same ole role that he dances hand in hand with God in an attempt to kick this show up a notch. I think he would like to bath in the Bahamas now, he is done. He is now wearing a Hawaiin shirt with a sign next to him that says 'Don't look at me my friend, Its allll YOU'. Done with taking the blame he is. The result of that is a big truck load of accountability piled steep onto your doorstep. If you want to awaken and you want to be free. You gotta meet that freaking truck load and start shoveling. For you are the load, the barrow, the shovel, and the hands upon the handle. All you, all you, all you. I have had to suck it up time and time again over the last few weeks and look at ME. No place to point. I have had to force myself to react differently, to see ME, standing in the way of internal harmony. I want to upgrade to the next level. I am ready for the University of Life now. So there is no more attempting to create the right environment for me 'out there'. There is no more attempting to mould the 'right' characters. To create the best environment for me to stay 'managed' and justified. It's like looking in the mirror and seeing your face sad and trying to change the surface of the reflection into a smile. Freaking tiring and a waste of time. This is not fun. Owning it all, no veils, stripped bare, seeing over and over that if you want change, you must change. You must change the way you react in every moment. You must not blame anyone else for your state of being, nor task anyone else with this responsibility. And all the 'devils' come out to dance. How badly do you want it. Accountability is a golden key. Victim mentalities can not upgrade into the higher realms of awareness. On any layers, and the victim mentality, like everything else here, is multi faceted and a grand trickster. It's you, hiding from you. You come to realize that blaming the ego is also bypassing. Big time! After all, who do you think the ego is?? So Gahhhh, ehhh, fluck, and pfffftttt. I am tired, but I am a determined little one and I must of signed up for 'the big girl pants' life ride this time around. I seek conscious, liberating, raw, authentic, messy, shadow dancing, moonlight swimming, big girl pants owning, crazy, nurturing, awkward, loving tribes to hangout with at Uni! I'll have a sign, it will say 'fucking A, I made it'. And the hugs and high fives will ensue. Happy transformation February pals. All aboard. #asharrahsol
