25.01.2022 Before I confirm adding another bootcamp every Wednesday at 6pm, Id like to gauge interest from you guys please. I know weve briefly spoken about it but to gauge actual numbers please like or comment on this message whether youd be keen and available to attend a Wednesday night bootcamp, starting next week? Same price, same area but I might get us onto the functional area.

21.01.2022 ~ Happy 2017 Ash Attack Gang ~ Wow, what a year! 2016 was a year of change for me, being completely out of my comfort zone physically and emotionally, reverse parking, gas bbqs, putting petrol in the car all on my own, tuning my ears into the very noisy Australian birdlife, becoming comfortable with spiders, big ones and much much more. I now encourage you to take a moment and remind yourself of your accomplishments, be proud of you!... Resolutions is the buzz word of January and yours may already be off to a great start. If not, dont despair. Instead adopt a realistic mindset setting smart intentions that find joy, peace and acceptance in the CREATION of them. How we live our lives on the way to where were going is even more important than the destination. Easing into the new year is so much sweeter when you have something to look forward to so BOOTCAMP is back on this Saturday, 14th January 2017, after all, spending time outdoors in the sunshine is proven to make you happier. A few of my clients have been putting a lot of pressure on themselves lately to shed weight before we head into the New Year to the point of excessive body aches.
