06.01.2022 Photo no 2 is in my very fancy dye kitchen. Yes, it is a cubby house and a sandpit you can spy. Many, many children have played here but now it’s my turn. My husband, the enabler of all my dreams, set up a mini kitchen, with urn, sink and nearby water tank So out here I play with colours, dye the yarns and also wash the finished products. As the dyes are all natural, the waste water just pours out into the garden. In the summer the water coming from the tank can be so hot as... to burn and in the winter your fingers nearly drop off from the cold But somehow I like that, it is strangely grounding.
