We will be serving these behind the bar and also available to take home - CHRITMAS COFFEE ( Colombian COE #7)... Finca El Paraiso. Nariño, Colombia Caturra variety, washed process. Taste note of blueberry, cookie and honey with beautiful acidity. - HIMALAYA MARACATURRA This Apaneca, El Salvador is natural process, Maracaturra variety. This natural micro lot has notes of boysenberry, white chocolate & fresh papaya. - LOS PIRINEOS ANAEROBIC This Usulutan, El Salvador coffee is Orange Bourbon variety which is natural mutation of Red Bourbon. This lot was process using very special anaerobic technique resulting notes of nougat, raspberry, white chocolate and dates with a juicy hibiscus acidity. - TABE BURKA This natural process Guji, Ethiopian is mixed heirloom variety with flavour of strawberry, honey and choc caramel supported by notes of winter spices. - HALO Gedeb - Yirgacheffe, Ethiopian. Yirgacheffe is the prime coffee region in Ethiopia. This washed Ethiopian has flavour of peach, jasmine and orange blossom. This coffee is great example of high level of Yirgacheffe coffees. Filter : Ortiz 1900 Costa Rica (350gm) - White honey processed Catuai variety. Creamy pecan textured sprinkle with bits of red grape and fig. Best enjoyed all day everyday. Caballerus Honduras ( 350gm) - Delightfully balanced, apple and macadamia notes highlighted by honeysuckle sweetness capturing the sophisticated quality of Honduras washed catuai variety. Aricha Ethiopia (350gm) - Splashes of roses swim in orange and raspberry notes.
