10.01.2022 You know its true...

10.01.2022 Members and Friends, We recently met with LNP candidate Chris Lehmann to discuss what we are trying to achieve here at Ashgrove CC. Chris listened and has made an election promise to assist developing our ongoing community outreach. "Chris Lehmann pitching to ensure a barmy summer of cricket... Local sporting groups are key hubs in our community providing social cohesion and a fit and active lifestyle. Tools of the trade are integral to our sporting groups maintaining their grounds to ensure an attractive and safe space for competitions. The Ashgrove Cricket Club has been crying out for an upgrade to their grass pitch and new grounds equipment an expensive undertaking for a small club. With the cricket season fast approaching I have discussed the club’s requirements and noted the importance of an upgrade and need for ongoing maintenance. That’s why, if elected on October 31st, I am committing $95,000 to upgrade the current grass pitch and to purchase groundskeeping equipment for ongoing maintenance said Chris Lehmann. Ashgrove Cricket is a historic club with a diverse membership that develops local cricketers skills and promotes healthy community exercise and engagement. As a local, Chris Lehmann is passionate about the social cohesion sports clubs provide, and the promotion of a fit and active lifestyle. Only a vote for Chris Lehmann and the LNP team on October 31 will get Queensland Working Again and support all local community clubs."
