14.01.2022 We all know that brushing our teeth is important... but why? 1) Plaque (bacteria that rot your teeth and gums) is naturally always constantly forming and sticking to your teeth! 2) Tartar (hardened plaque or build up) starts developing when plaque is left on your teeth for more than a day!... 3) Bad breath can come from this hardened plaque because the bacteria release sulphur compounds. Oh! Did you know plaque also sticks onto your tongue?
