18.01.2022 One excuse i never accept is a lack of time. Before i had the privellage of helping others as a personal trainer i was a tradesman for OVER 8 YEARS. This involved alot over overtime, long days, early starts, physically and mentally demanding tasks.... What i always did however was MAKE TIME to get my training in. You dont lack the time, you lack the discipline to make time.
