20.01.2022 COFFEE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE!!! Summer time is coming, meaning...many of these smoothies! They are literally the BEST! Ingredients:... ~Milk of your choice ~1 frozen banana ~1 scoop vanilla protein (I use Tropeka) ~1 tsp nestle coffee ...can add ice! 20.01.2022 PROTEIN INTAKE! A macro that I think is very underrated! So many clients I talk to when I begin working with them, dont consume an adequate amount of Protein and this can CONSIDERABLY impact your results!!! A common misconception is that woman think ‘I don’t want to eat heaps of protein as I’ll bulk up’...FALSE! You will not! ... If you were training for say body building comps and wanted that specific look you have to consume A LOT more protein per day, much more than what I am usually asking. For FAT LOSS we usually suggest around 1.6-2.0grams of protein per kilo of your bodyweight. For example: if you weigh 60kg you would want to consume between 96 grams and 120grams of protein per day Benefits of protein are: -Keeps you fuller for longer -Aids muscle recovery -Increases your metabolism -Increases muscle mass -aids in weight loss ...and much more! I’ve put a few foods together (pictured) that are high in protein, hopefully this helps! What are some HIGH PROTEIN foods that you have???

14.01.2022 WHAT IS YOUR WHY??? Why do you exercise? Why do you want to look after your body? Whatever your answer, that’s what you need to go back to when are having a low motivation day! Are you exercising for the health benefits, to lose weight, to feel good?... I want you to FIND YOUR WHY!!! For me- I exercise for soooo many reasons, mainly for my mental health but also physical health (exercise definitely helps minimising my MS symptoms in my legs particularly!). Also I want to be the best mum possible to this little monkey and want to have all the energy to run around after her and play tiggy in the background until we can’t run anymore...that’s my why!
