19.01.2022 If you are new to tracking food intake and calories in/calories out then MyFitnessPal is the way to go. It has a huge database of every food you can think of and being able to scan barcodes of food makes it super easy. Who has MyFitnessPal already?

13.01.2022 I think everybody as heard the saying fail to plan, plan to fail. Apart from being super patronising its a little bit relevant if you are someone who is time poor and trying to eat well. Not every meal has to be time consuming to make and I thought Id share one that does actually take hours to make but is hardly any effort. I made this meal for the first time last week and it made me so excited for lunch at work (doesnt take much to make me excited for food though ). ...All you need is a slow cooker, enough chicken thighs for a week of lunches and a curry kit of your choice. I use the one pictured because it has amazing ingredients and has always been so yummy. Place the full chicken thighs in the pot, place all the ingredients for the curry on top. Mix together. Cook on low for 5 hours. Boom You have zero worries when it comes to your lunch/dinners for the week
