23.01.2022 Spot the difference Absolutely huge changes within Jodie! She pushes hard and eats what she enjoys. No food groups cut out, no starving and no meal plans. Jodie is given a macro target to hit so its a lifestyle not a diet and id never hungry. ... No need for fancy diets or pills stick to the basics. Keep up the incredible work and watch this space and she isnt done yet.

23.01.2022 Beyond proud of Jodie, she has made some huge changes to her lifestyle and is kicking so many goals! Jodie’s work is very full on and demanding she requires forward planning to help assist with her weight loss but is smashing it! Who would believe she on average eats between 2000-2200 calories a day! If she feels like a donut she fits a donut, if she wants pizza she fits pizza. You dont need to be on 1200 cals and only eat chicken and broccoli to drop weight! Jodie is proof... of this Keep up the amazing work Jodie, im so very proud of you and what you are constantly achieving!

21.01.2022 Unsure if you can achieve much at home? Check out the last 8 week challenge... complete lockdown no gym was used. She has some equipment at home and we worked with what she had! 20.01.2022 Amazing efforts from Jodie!! She has dropped 12.1kg in 13 weeks! Jodie eats as she pleases but sticks within her given Macros. Jodie sticks to her step goal and her home gym program and is absolutely smashing it! Not only has she lost 12kg she feels better and has more energy! ... 14.01.2022 We may think this year we didn’t achieve your goals but this year hasnt been like a normal year, this year we have all gone through so much which wasn’t expected or planned. We have all grown and gotten through. We still have plenty of time left to achieve our goals Outdoor pt starts the end of September and hopefully gyms at the end of October. Only look back to see how far you have come not how far you have to go. ... Set your goals and smash them, set goals for next year. It maybe a comp, weight loss or muscle building but no matter what believe in yourself

13.01.2022 When Jodie first come to me I remember the conversations like it was yesterday, she was unhappy where she was physically and mentally. Her diet wasnt great and she ate what ever was convenient for her, she works massive hours and some days it was a pie or donut for breakfast with an ice coffee. This was easy and made her day not more stressful at the time... Since then she has completely changed her mindset and lifestyle, she still has a donut and pizza with friends etc and ...doesn’t restrict food groups! She eats around 2200 calories a day and gets her 10,000 steps plus extra workouts where she can! I am beyond proud of Jodie and how hard she has worked to achieve her set goals, there is no rush to reach these and no stupid low calories to get there faster, this is a lifestyle, this isnt a fad diet! She wants to change for the better not just a quick fix! Jodie has now lost a huge 16.6kg working along side me, we have just now started taking photos to track our progress also which wasnt forced upon her it was when she was comfortable doing so!! Please don’t restrict calories super low, this messes with your hormones and sets you up for disaster and disappointment later on as you havent learnt how to eat and what you should eat! Do it right from the start, slow and steady wins the race! Watch this space for more amazing progressions from Jodie!!! So close to that under 100kg goal now Keep up the incredible work!!!!

10.01.2022 Isolation is tough, training at home is tough but when you want something you make it happen! An amazing client of mine who i have been working with for about 5 weeks now, we are slowly upping her calories and getting her hormones back in line! Its hard to tell someone they need to eat more to drop weight! There has been so much data around weight-loss, you dont need to be on 1200 cals to loose weight! As long as you are in a calorie deficit you will drop. ... If you are struggling or unsure what deficit you should be in shoot me a message, online coaching available and f2f soon once restrictions allows us.

08.01.2022 Back doing what i love! Training my clients! It may not be how we want but we make do of what we can. Training isn’t only for physical health changes its alot of mental health too! We are grateful that the weather is nice and that we can train out in the beautiful parks!

07.01.2022 I absolutely love seeing weight drop on high calories! I have said this time and time again you dont need to starve to loose weight!! This client is on 1900-2000 cals a day and still dropping, preciously was on 1400 a day was dropping but was hungry and wasnt 100% compliant! If your coach is starving you find a new coach... 06.01.2022 Muscle building takes time! This is something that frustrates us all but we all need to accept this and keep pushing hard! Key to building muscle is to eat Protein, fats and carbs are all needed to put on muscle! ... We all wish at times we could look better or like an instagram model but if we all looked the same life would be pretty boring. Everyones body is different, works differently, responds differently. No-one should have the same program or the same calories as everyone is an individual. Keep focused on your goals and never give up

05.01.2022 As we say good bye to 2020, some will say this year hasnt been the best and others will say its been okay. This year has tested our strength both physically and mentally. I wish everyone a safe and happy 2021. 2020 we have had some incredible results from numerous clients loosing over 20kg and others building great muscle mass. ... 01.01.2022 End of April- mid September! Everyone can make excuses, no gym, covid etc but if you want something bad enough you will make it happen. First photo Sarah didnt feel confident in her own body, mentally and physically. Second photo she feels more like herself ... Sarah has worked hard, stuck go her calories, steps and exercise plan. We have been slowly upping her calories so we can build more muscle! Sarah you are looking incredible and make me so proud every week! You dont need to starve yourself to get good results, make sure your coach has a plan for your personal goals not generic as everyones bodies and goals are completely different.
