23.01.2022 As we embark on round 2 of isolation here in Victoria, it is only natural as humans that we feel a sense of incarceration or restriction on the quality of our life. We lose motivation, we struggle to find inspiration and we become a complacent version of the hungry/success driven people we are. But that doesn’t have to be the case. Above all else, humans are creatures of survival and we’re built to a find a way through the greatest adversities in life. So with that said, it’s... time to adapt and overcome. Over the next 8 weeks I will be running FREE 30min morning online bootcamps. These sessions are for YOU and for anyone you know that would like to kickstart their morning with yours truly I will be running these sessions 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday @8am) to help anyone out there struggling to find the motivation alone to continue chasing their goals. As well as an online Facebook support group to keep each other motivated and accountable to our goals! AJPT has and always will be more than just achieving success with your physical fitness goals. My goal for my brand has always been to help people transform their lives both mentally and physically to ride the waves of life and live their life being the best version of themselves. 23.01.2022 #isolationtransformation A lot can happen in 10 weeks. There is so much power in consistency. ... I used to swear that I was NOT a runner. There was no question about it. I wrote myself off as someone who could never run more than 2km, let alone complete a full 10km or run every single day. I lived my life defined by what I THOUGHT my limitations were, and it may of taken a world wide pandemic/isolation lockdown for me to realise it, but we really can do whatever we put our minds to. Throughout these 10 weeks, I learnt how much power truely comes from your own positive/negative thoughts, and as a result, I am mentally so much stronger/happier and the fittest I have ever been. Stop writing yourself off. Start craving more, and start doing more. 20.01.2022 EXCITING LIFE UPDATE COVID to say the leaast, has been an absolute roller coaster, and this time has been a major eye opening experience both in a personal and business perspective, As most of you know, Goodlife FG has been my home for the past 3 years, These have been some of the most transformative years of my life. But sadly, my journey here has come to an end Walking in those doors as a little shy 18 year old, but now to be walking out with these relationships and con...nections that will last a lifetime, the skills that have built me up to who I am today, and most importantly, the memories of a place where I called home that I’ll hold close to my heart forever But with all this change, opens another door for growth, and I am so so excited to announce that I will now be training out of HIIT Hard Strength and Conditioning in Hallam!! P: 30g / C: 32g / F: 14g = 377cal Ingredients: - 40g of @musclenation Vanilla Casein Protein Custard - x1 Digestive biscuit - 10g Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese - x2 Biscoff biscuits - 10g Biscoff Spread Layer 1: Crush up the digestive biscuit and combine with the Philadelphia cheese. Layer 2: Create your protein custard separately to the consistency you prefer, the add it to the first layer. Layer 3: Crush up one biscoff biscuit and pop one full biscuit on top of the custard, then just melt the Biscoff spread and pour over the top . . 06.01.2022 Gyms are opening tomorrow and as eager as everyone (including me) is to jump straight back into it, IT IS OKAY if you aren’t ready. There is no pressure to go back to the gym day one. IT IS OKAY if day one of gyms opening, isn’t your day one to jump straight back into it. Take time to transition back into your training, your nutrition and create your own margins. It is daunting, but it doesn’t have to be, its okay to ask for help on how to transition back into a comfortab...le and sustainable routine. A few tips that may help in transitioning back into the gym. Phase back into it Combine a mix of at home workouts and gym based workouts into your week. Who says that all those home workouts you completed are useless now? Have a plan of attack walking in. What do you love to train? What makes you feel confident training? Train a muscle group first up that you KNOW you love to train, and that you KNOW will make you feel good about yourself. Walk in feeling confident, walk out feeling empowered. Ask for help. As a coach, one of my biggest priorities is to make sure that my clients are comfortable, happy and ready to train in or outside of the gym. Talk to someone that can help you create a game plan coming back, ask them what their personal struggles have been, and how they have adapted and overcome them. So with gyms opening tomorrow. Remember that it is okay not to be ready. But also that there is so much support out there for you. Its time to create your own COVID Comeback, whatever that may entail My inbox is always open for support, advice or just a friendly chat.
