23.01.2022 This morning at 7:05AM we had a Full Moon in the enthusiastic and optimistic sign of Aries. There will be two Full Moons this month indicating a theme of clearing and purging. The Aries Full Moon is the beginning of the end of the world as we know it. During this lunar phase it is best not to get sucked into drama or the past. You may be feeling irritable and antsy around this time and this could lead to impulsiveness and bad judgment. Remember that drama is often a distrac...tion from the core of an issue. Don’t worry It’s not all drama! This Full Moon also has a strong healing presence on offer and this is what we should be focusing on. By doing so, your access to higher states of consciousness may be amplified. It may become easier for you to see that everything in your life happens for a reason and even though tragedy and awful things happen, there is always a bigger picture. 22.01.2022 Hello beautiful souls! I just wanted to share with you all what a profound impact movement and dance have had on my life lately. Since moving up near Byron from Victoria at the start of the month I have opened up a part of myself which had been lying dormant. I have done this through movement and dance. I can’t begin to explain in words how freeing it has been to join the dancing community up here. I have been going to regular ecstatic d...ances and contact temple nights. For those of you that haven't heard of contact dancing, it is a form of improv dancing that was developed in the 70s. It involves the exploration of one's body in relationship to others by using the fundamentals of sharing weight, touch, and movement awareness. I find this extremely challenging but so so rewarding which is why I keep going back! Dancing has helped be get back in touch with my inner child, heal wounds I didn't even know I had around men, let go of gender roles, love my body more deeply, feel more sensual and sexy, become more comfortable with touch (particularly unexpected touch), release judgement, trust in myself and others and so much more! Uluru is said to be the Solar Plexus of the world and is going to be the epicentre, of a world-wide focus and meditation for the dawning of a new age! Are you ready to do what you can to contribute?... On December 21st there will be the summer solstice, the Jupiter and Saturn conjunction AND what’s know to some as the ‘Magic Box Ceremony’. EDIT - PLEASE NOTE: There has been now been some issues regarding the time of this event, whether or not it is inline with the solstice or the conjunction in your area. Please know that your contribution is important no matter what time you are sending love and strength to Uluru. If everything goes to plan, it is said now that Elders will be holding the ‘Magic Box Ceremony’ at ULURU at 7:32pm and not 9:04pm (ACST) tonight (21st Dec) for the good of the entire planet! I could go on and on about this but I’m going to try and keep this post to the point. I am calling upon YOU to please assist with this ceremony from home by sitting on/touching the earth (ideally facing Uluru), by focusing on Uluru and sending love and compassion to all beings. By holding these intentions you ethereally join the vibration of this ceremony no matter where you are on the planet! 17.01.2022 Have you been feeling a bit off lately? I sure have! Did you know that a swim in the ocean can ground you, clear your aura and help you feel normal again. Having your feet in salt water is grounding but in order to clear your aura of any gunk that isn’t yours, it’s required to fully submerge your whole body! That’s right ladies you have to get your hair wet! The benefits are worth it though trust me.... I aim to get in the ocean at least three times a week. Which is so easy now that I’m living in beautiful New South Wales. I recommend the same for you, especially if you are doing spiritual/caretaking work etc. Get in as much as possible, you won’t regret it! Smudging yourself with sage and meditating regularly is also recommend with swims to keep you energies in balance. If this three things don’t shift your funky moods then reach out for a chat. 14.01.2022 NEW MOON IN VIRGO Tomorrow night at 9:00PM (17/8), we have a New Moon in the hard working, reliable and earthy sign of Virgo. This will be the first of three Super New Moons that will lead up to a Total Solar New Moon Eclipse in December, which will activate and open a portal to a bright new beginning! A New Moon represents the beginning of a new Luna cycle. It gives us an invigorating burst of energy and initiative. So this is an excellent time for making a fresh start, turn...ing over a new leaf, or starting a new project. You can also question old habits, behaviors, and beliefs as you search for new and inventive ways to make progress. It seems all the transforming and breaking down of the old that we have been doing this year, is finally paving the way for something new to emerge. This moon phase may force us to face some harsh truths. It will also deliver a much-needed dose of practicality and focus, allowing us to see what we need to change in our everyday lives in order to feel more grounded. 11.01.2022 ME TIME Are you an introvert or an extrovert? Yesterday I felt called to go and have a ME day. I kitted out the back of my car a went on an adventure into nature with the intention to recharge. I went walking, swam in fresh water, found waterfalls and saw many lizards. I also made time for some journaling, meditation and a card reading for myself. These are all things I do at home but there was something special about doing them out in nature on my ME day. I really dropped in... and tried to let myself leave my practitioner mindset for just one day! As a chameleon introvert (someone that looks like an extrovert sometimes but is really an introvert), I need to make more space in my like for more days, mornings, afternoons and moments like this. Something I thought I was giving myself enough of but I really wasn’t. Have you been making time for you?

11.01.2022 EARTHING Science confirms that the thousands of sensory nerve receptors in the soles of our feet channel vibrational energy from the earth. Many people claim that touching the earth and opening these connections not only makes us happier, but can actually heal us too. Test this out yourself by walking bare foot or lying down upon the earth. You may want to try this when you are feeling out of sorts, have been around lots of people or have been looking at screens all day. Aim ...for at least 30 minutes of earth contact a day and start to observe how you feel! I often spend time here at Point Addis, where this picture was taken. I love the cliffs, energy and red soil. This land and Mother Earth speak to me in my dreams and meditations. It will forever feel like home to me. Where is your special place on Earth?

It encourages us to see things with fresh eyes and shift our awareness to raise our consciousness. Some of you might be feeling otherworldly at them moment and some of you might be dealing with deep issues, overwhelming emotions and endings. This Full Moon can make things seem worse than they really are so don’t forget to nurture yourself and d...o things that bring you joy. Also keep in mind that this is a great time to turn over a new leaf! This moon phase brings a message of change and help to adapt to a new normal. Be open to all of the possibilities that life has to offer at this time and try to let go of any drama in your life. Change can often be uncomfortable, but from that discomfort can come extraordinary growth. This has been an ultra-transformative year for many. 09.01.2022 Who are you? Who are you really? A couple of questions I was recently asked. At first I had absolutely no idea how to answer these questions, I was completely taken aback. Who am I? I thought to myself.. well I'm not just my name, my profession or even my goals and passions.... It took me a moment to tune into myself and remember what I already innately knew, my truth. Which was that I AM LOVE, love incarnate in this physical vehicle/vessel of a human body at this minuscule moment in what we perceive to be as linear time. I believe we are all multi-dimensional energy beings of love and are all pieces of a greater whole. Although.. it seems to me that it's very common to forget that we are all one sometimes hey!? We can quiet often become disillusioned and start to believe that we are separate from each other. When this happens, experiences such as depression can set it for an individual. We humans are wired for connection with one another. 01.01.2022 ~ RAINBOW STARSEED CHILDREN ~ Starseed, Rainbow, Crystal, Indigo, Star children.. this was something I never believed in and was highly skeptical about. But a year or so ago that all changed! Have no idea what I’m talking about?... Star Children are said to be children who have been sent to Earth from all over the Universe to assist with the upleveling of our planet. These children come with special psychic, spiritual and other sensory gifts. This post is just going to lightly touch on some traits of Rainbow Children, which are said to have been born over that last 20 years, most never having incarnated here before. These children, teenagers and young adults are born with big hearts, a love of colour, are psychic, sensitive and bring joy to their families. Also they are not easily impacted my negativity and they may even have a rainbow aura! I feel it is important to note that there is no hierarchy in this belief system.
