13.01.2022 Please be aware that the Carnarvon Highway between Ashley and Moree is still closed. There is floodwater still across the roads in a number of places and there is some small damaged areas being uncovered as the water recedes. Please don’t attempt to drive through floodwaters until such time as it is deemed open.

09.01.2022 Would like to send a thank you to the members of the local RFS and our own Ashley Hall Committee that helped with the distribution of flood relief care packages and the click and collect orders. Hopefully we won’t have to go through this again in the near future, however we are now aware of a few areas in which we can improve. The road is now open back to Moree so for now we thank you for your patience and involvement. ... Keep an eye out for future community events.

02.01.2022 Santa, Mobile by Appointment Due to COVID restrictions the Ashley Hall Committee has made the hard decision not to go ahead with the usual Christmas Party this year. But this doesn’t mean Santa isn’t coming! No, what this means is that Santa can come to your house on a personal visit with his chair and some goodies for the kids - in the cooler hours of the day on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th December after 5pm. ... If you would like Santa to come please register your interest via messaging the page and we will organise to have him drop in. To cover the costs of a small Christmas stocking of lollies or chocolates a donation of $5 per child or $10per family will guarantee a visit from the jolly old man in red. This is unfortunately restricted to the Ashley Village
