19.01.2022 Some people are quick to label you a shitty friend with no clue how broken you are and instead of understanding, they just call the friendship quits. There are ...many people that have a night out planned, or arrange a coffee with friends and suddenly the 4 walls they inhabit seem the only safe haven because it's the only place they don't have to pretend they are ok, so they cancel. Or when they are invited out they tell their friends how terribly sorry they are but they're already booked up that weekend, when they are actually just really busy holding it together in their safe box. So the first problem starts, all by itself. People stop asking them out and the isolation that at first wasn't true becomes their only truth. Please don't give up on your friends. Ring them, go round, even when they don't want you to. See more

17.01.2022 ANTI BULLY PROGRAM RAISES $21,000 Thanks to K&S Timbers and the CFMEU who have jointly donated $21,000 to kickstart the anti bullying program here in Central Qu...eensland. It’s been a very eye opening discussion with AMAYDA and Bully Proof Australia who put on a great presentation here in Rockhampton. Thanks also to Jeff Horn for supporting this program. He does it for the outcomes, which is an admirable trait when so many other sport stars simply do it for the money.

PM said "We agreed to further rules today regarding indoor, non-essential gatherings. What we are now moving to is an arrangement for gatherings of less than 100, is that they would be four square metres provided per person in an enclosed space, in a room. So that's 2m b...y 2m."
