07.01.2022 Ginger Beer winners have been notified! Congratulations Pictured ingredient is Turmeric! I used this to balance the spice of ginger and acidity of the lemon. It lends itself to a more tart and savoury ginger beer which helps to accentuate the flavors of our dumplings, and is a stand alone refreshing drink. Just by chance, it happens to be a perfect mixer to our Gin. Cheers
