17.01.2022 IMPORTANT NEWS!! Currently Canberra and all surrounding suburbs including NSW are in lockdown. With this being said we are now stuck at home with most places shut. But don’t be alarmed!! This space is still OPENED.. Orders can be still placed anytime through me, though there maybe a slight delay on deliveries because of the high demand on online shopping! If orders are taking more then a week to deliver send me a message and I will follow up on your order! ... Orders will be direct shipping to your home only, as I can’t personally deliver during this time. Currently at the moment the August direct shipping is $5.95 on all orders. 14.01.2022 Something that doesn’t get talked about especially with the stigma around periods. TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome) and I think us women need to be more aware of this and talk about it. PERIOD TALK! What is TSS? ... A rare and potentially life-threatening illness that is thought to be caused by infection with certain types of bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes. These bacteria normally live on the skin and in the nose or mouth without causing harm, but if they get deeper into the body they can release toxins. The risk for developing TSS is associated with the use of tampons and other period products that are inserted like menstrual cups. You can reduce your risk for TSS by: Cleaning your cup as recommended by the manufacturer, to sanitize it after each use. Take special care with personal hygiene during menstruation. Bathe or shower daily. Wash your hands before as well as after using a tampon or cup. Discard any tampons you may have unwrapped and not used immediately. Use the lowest absorbency when necessary or use a pad or period undies instead. Do not leave the tampon in for longer then recommended time. Sleep with a pad or period undies.

And SPF is always a must, rain, hail or shine! 4 Breathable Mask: If the mask feels too tight it can rub and irritate your skin. You’re also more likely to adjust a poorly fitting mask. Touching your mask can transfer germs to your mask and your face. 5 Avoid Harsh Products: Medicated products are more irritating under a mask. Try swapping to something more sensitive or cut back altogether. 6 Clean Your Mask: Dirt and oil from your skin plus bacteria from your mouth and nose will end up on your cloth mask.
