19.01.2022 Dear customers, we want to assure everyone, while the borders might be closing we are not... Once they've got the permit side of things sorted out we'll be able to continue serving our NSW customer's needs onsite as required. (Following all relevant COVID-19 protocols and precautions) We are implementing further pickup and drop off services to facilitate those that might not be able to get their machines over to us in Wodonga in the mean time.... We have also increased our remote, email and phone support abilities even further to be able to accommodate the newest changes this pandemic brings. We take the safety of our staff and customers seriously, so we have all the sanitising, cleaning and social distancing practices in place. So, if you're needing help with any of your IT needs don't hesitate to get in touch today! Stay safe

19.01.2022 In real life we have a shortage of mask wearing superheroes (and anti-heroes) to keep the public safe... So looks like it's up to us to throw on the masks and save each other! So in line with the recent Victorian COVID-19 restrictions starting Monday 3rd August ALL CUSTOMERS will be a required to wear a suitable face mask to be allowed to enter our store. ... Those with an approved mask exemption will still be welcome to use our drop-off/pick-up point out the front of the store. But for the safety of our staff, customers and the rest of the community doing the right thing. Anyone else will have to unfortunately be turned away. And for those that can't get to us (sorry NSW), all of our covid safe onsite work, remote support and device collection/return services are still running as per normal. Together we can stop the spread! Take care and stay safe!

19.01.2022 Jamie and the team Fencing For Fires have been doing an amazing job helping the community with the aftermath of the bushfires, specially while juggling the challenges the current covid pandemic have also thrown at everyone. If you are interested in chipping in and helping out, be sure to check out their Support Local Shop Local store https://supportlocalshoplocal.com.au/store/fencing-for-fires... It's worth noting, FFF isn't a typical 'Not For Profit' they are an independant, entirely community funded, no profit project! ALL profits from the caps and hoodies and the GoFundMe page go directly back into supplies to fix more fences, so be sure to get behind such a great cause as much as you can! And if you can help in other ways such as man power at a working bee, supplies or anything else, then be sure to reach out to Jamie on his FB or his website https://fencingforfires.com.au
