23.01.2022 Commercial cows at Stroud Road. It’s odd, but we are feeding these cows hay now, but didn’t feed them at all during the drought. With Kikuyu poisoning an issue again, it’s best to give them some options whilst the kikuyu is still growing so fast.

19.01.2022 A couple of photos of a calf we think a bit about. Still on mum this guy has a double cross of Bowmont Storm whilst also some Holden and Cooper Line 1 genetics. He is sired by Ashmar Lincoln, a bull we are glad we retained.

12.01.2022 Big thanks to our great repeat clients who supported our program this year. With Covid, we decided not to go to Glen Innes this year, but we were very pleased with the support we received selling all our bulls at home this year. We are also excited about getting a Hereford bull into a 3000 cow Angus herd and look forward to seeing the benefits of adding a whiteface to this great breeding herd.

12.01.2022 A couple of photos of our pick HH Advance 5044 heifer. 5044 sold for $70,000 and he is the sire of the highly popular CL1 Domino 7131 who sold for $170,000. Thanks to Younger Herefords for the ability to use this great sire.
