09.01.2022 Attention: New Home Buyers First Home Buyers Loan Scheme.... The next round of applications kick off on 1 July 2020. Visit participating lenders. Home Builder Grant.... (1) there has been an update on the timing provisions of the grant with the "3 month from contract date to start of site works" being relaxed.... (2) the timing of payment of the grant will be aligned with the First Home Owners Grant and (3) the NSW Govt is still finalising the the details on how to apply for the grant.
