We are lucky enough to still be open We just wanted to make sure that you know that we are sympathetic to everyone’s needs at this time of uncertainty regarding COVID-19. Our salon and store front are DEFINITELY open to the public as per usual, with the assurance of making sure that it is as sanitary as possible for everyone. If, for any of you personally, the idea of face to face contact is not acceptable, but you would sti...ll like your pet’s needs cared to whilst we are still operating, then we are willing to help in the following ways if you have pre-organised with us 1. To come out to you in the carpark to drop off and pick up your pet, as long as it is secured by a collar/harness and lead, calling us to advise that you have arrived and waiting patiently for us to come out to you. Clients in the salon will need to be attended to first. 2. Once your pet is secure inside the salon, we will call you to discuss what you would like done to your dog as per our usual service as well as a suitable pick-up time. 3. In regard to payment at pick-up we are willing to bring our EFTPOS machine out to the car if you would like to pay by card OR you are welcome to give us the details of your Credit Card over the phone. 4. If you would like additional products we are happy to attend to that also, keeping in mind that we have a full and well stocked range of dog food products and treats available, including Proudi Frozen Raw Food, Man’s Best Grain Free Dry Food and Royal Canin Dry Food. Please remember to be as patient with us as possible and we are happy to be as flexible as we can be to make sure that you are happy to continue bringing your pet to us.
