This isn't a bad thing if you can appreciate where you are now, but we so often don't and when it is taken away from us we wish we appreciated it more. Be proud of where you are right NOW, as being grateful for what you can do, what you have achieved is powerful. You can always get better but don't fall into the trap of taking advantage of where you are and the road that it took you to get there.

01.01.2022 What training means to me..... starts with long story... i started training when i was 12 years old as i suffered anxiety and depression and from then on i seen this light of how the fitness world was so hell bent on weight loss and body size we forgot about all the other benefits of why people train. ... I started not because i wanted to lose weight but i felt i had nothing, through training i gained confidence in my ability, mental strength and a new attitude towards life. Training isnt always about changing your size or getting strong, it can also be about your mental health and your overall well being that keeps you continuing regardless of what your weight does. You dont need to be "SKINNY" to be fit and healthy. Ash xx See more
