24.01.2022 Well we all know I don't do things by halves! Our Wednesday took a wild turn after I dislocated my thumb this morning! Thank you to everyone who was patient with our longer groom times and of course to my incredible team for handling the situation like absolutely pros! It's going to be a painful few days ahead and hopefully this is the last of the bad luck for 2020!

23.01.2022 *BAD NEWS* My dislocation has turned out to be a fracture! What poor timing this is. While the doctors debate if I have a cast or splint, the one certain thing is that I won't be grooming for 2-4 weeks! Please bare with me as I work out scheduling and If you have any concerns please call the salon!

Our availability is very tight at the moment so I am urging you all to book as far in advance as you possibly can!... 06.01.2022 Christmas at Ash's Here's everything you need to know about our favourite time of year!! Appointments are incredibly important. Please book in advance to secure you spot. The best way to do this, is via out online booking system. You'll receive a text reminder the day before ... All hours and days will be staying the same unless we book out all groomers, then we wk open up more. This is our usual Tuesday to Saturday with the last 3 days being 22nd, 23rd and 24th. Be kind to us. We will see almost every client on our books over this short period and of course some new ones. Each dog will be seen and groomed, we just need some patience. Special requests for anxious/aggressive/quick appointments or long appointments MUST be arranged prior to your booking. We will not be able to hold dogs all day at the drop of a hat, please pre plan your booking. If you have time restraints, tell us before the day of your appointment, not on arrival. Lastly, we are humans. We have feelings. Be kind to us leading into our peak season. Grooming is incredibly physical, we get hurt every day even when we are trying not to. Be polite to us, ask how we are, we will appreciate the little things P.s.
