13.01.2022 Sadly, due to Stage 3 Lockdown, the studio must close temporarily. We look forward to welcoming everyone again in a few weeks. In the meantime, stay safe.

12.01.2022 Dear students, Given the amount of work needed to prepare the studio for Covid-safe practice, we have decided to postpone the opening until Monday 16th November. We look forward to seeing you all then.

11.01.2022 Did you get our newsletter? If not, here it is! Timetable is now loaded on the website. Please note bookings are essential for our first week (16 to 22 November). Please bring your own mat etc. We can't wait to see you!

11.01.2022 STUDIO UPDATE Please note that during this period of challenge posed by the Cov19 virus that we are endeavouring to continue to remain open as long as possible to provide an ongoing safe and supportive practice space for the yoga community of Melbourne Unlike many studios that have needed to close, our uniqueness in terms of extensive studio floor areas allow for you to attend class with ample seperation between students . This is already substantial when it comes to our Led... and Intro level classes and in the case of Mysore classes, it is even possible to choose from any of the three studios to further provide space physically and mentally as you prefer . Furthermore for the time being all teachers are focused solely on providing expert verbal guidance in place of physical adjustments . Our props such as blankets and blocks etc have been removed and we encourage you to bring your own along with your personal yoga mat of course . Please also bring a hand towel for drying your hands after washing as well as a cup for chai . We hope you feel enthusiastic to attend practice regularly and reap the benefits yoga provides and that our shala can take on an even greater roll as a temple of refuge where like minded souls can find peace in these uncertain times Om Shanti Greg and Tracy See more

04.01.2022 Dearest Students, We have had a long break over the past 7 months due to Covid closure. The studio and teachers have rested and are excited to reopen on Monday November 16th. Due to Covid restrictions, a limited timetable will be running until further notice. Stay tuned over the next week for updates of bookings, guidelines and timetable.... Om Shanti Tracy and Greg

04.01.2022 Dear friends, Sadly, it's now official that the studio must remain closed until further notice. While to some it seemed an inevitability, I guess we held hopes that our yoga home could continue at some level through these difficult times. No doubt it's hard for all studio owners, teachers and students alike and we've really struggled to let it go! But for the time being, we also now surrender to our communal yoga practice space entering a period of hibernation. The beautifu...l thing of course is that the individual practice experience can continue largely unaffected. Create the environment at home that provides the elements most conducive to you maintaining your mat experience. Mix that with plenty of patience and self-acceptance and you can't go wrong. All the best and remember how incredibly lucky we are to have this amazing sequence as our guide. It's an opportunity for structure and discipline to fully merge with our intuition to give us what we truly need from our practice on a daily basis. Good luck with the next phase of your yoga journey and please stay in touch to let us know how it's going. Lots of love Tracy and Greg See more
