Jane is one of our most experienced Senior students in dance and aerials , she has been dancing from a very young age, both training and competing in various dance styles. 2020 she will bring her bubbley energetic personality and head our kids dance program. 17.01.2022 ATT REGARDING INVOICES We have sent out invoices today but have realised that many may have mistakes on them as they are auto generated, some invoices will have either too many classes , the wrong classes or the wrong fee. Please disregards theses invoices and we will work on getting the right invoices out tomorrow. During this time our operations will continue to be reviewed in line with expert advice on COVID-19 from the Australian Governments Health departments & World Health Organisation governing bodies. The well-being of our staff and guests remains our primary focus, as such we have introduced additional health, safety and hygiene protocols. 10.01.2022 Dear Ashton Academy Patrons due to covid 19 regulations both this business and supporting business had to close down while unfortunetly the bills kept coming in. The owner has made the hard decision to not reopen the Academy. 07.01.2022 Perth ! As of 08.06.20 Merrik Ashton will be available for 1 on 1 handstand training. ... The handstand is one of the most crucial acrobatic skills to learn for gymnastics, as well as being an underrated and undervalued body weight exercise. This skill will give athletes a foundation of strength and balance which they will carry with them onto many different sports and facets of life. With the rise of Movement, CrossFit and Calisthenic gym cultures, the general public is beginning to understand the importance of fundamental acrobatic movements. Not only for high level athletes, but for EVERYONE. It is my opinion that out of all of these acrobatic movements, the handstand is king.
