22.01.2022 Wet Weather! We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow for our first day at school. Our plans have changed a little as the weather forecast for Friday is for rain. Students in Years 1-6 will move straight into classrooms when they arrive at school. Teachers will be available to assist. Year 1 and 2 parents may continue to come into school tomorrow through the front gate. To stay dry, please come and ‘kiss and drop’ your students under the administration awning. Stud...ents will then proceed to classrooms. Kindergarten parents may walk students straight to class from 9:25am. Our Kindergarten teachers will meet you at the classrooms. Once again, teachers will be available to assist you in navigating our school site. We can’t wait to see you! Stay dry :) See more

21.01.2022 Today 3-6 students attended the Kadoo incursion as part of our NAIDOC celebrations. Students took part in an ochre ceremony acknowledging ‘Mother Earth’ and listened to how the First Australians were caretakers of ‘Mother Earth’ They also listened to a presentation that explored the origins of man, the existence of giants, the Bigfoot and Australian Yowies, Indigenous place and country and how they connected to the land. Students had the opportunity to handle Indigenous tools, weapons, skins, bones, shells and how they were used. It was a fantastic experience which was informative and engaging. Students were enthusiastic and thoroughly enjoyed their time.
