Simply shallow fry in your choice of oil, turning till golden brown and cooked through. You may also choose to deep fry. Filled with cooked Chicken, Cranberry Sauce, Grated and Philly Cheese, Shallots, Garlic, Pineapple and spices. Have you tried our Bon Bons - Seared Steak (Eye Fillet or Rib Fillet) with Red wine and garlic marinade, caramalised onion and Bacon wrapped in Puff Pastry - a real treat. Also this week you can choose from Lasagne, Beef Stroganoff, Beef Hot Pot, Chicken Pasta Bake, Savoury Beef and Cheese Pies and Potato Bake.

06.01.2022 Available now Smoked Brisket, this will be a quick warm you up meal for the end of a cold day. Put the brisket ( already seasoned & cooked) in a slow cooker with a bit of stock and heat through, slice up and serve with your favourite veg. Also ASHTON’S Own, Cabanossi sticks. Nice to snack on at the end of the day ( while brisket is heating) with a glass of your favourite beverage. Can be heated and mixed into bake beans for a hot breakfast.
