20.01.2022 Update on our order. Nabeel's mum was infected with the Covid virus and was hospitalised. He was with her for the whole time. She recovered but he totally forgot to forward the order for production. So.... it will probably still be a few weeks yet.

However, the hardest part is to stop creating, because it is creation that strengthens and inspires me on a daily basis, it moves me forward. At a time when we are not allowed to meet and dance together, I found a way to create a dance. It can be danced by one, but the real magic it experiences only when there are more than one.. This video has become a tribute to everyone who feels similar. It is a tribute to the many thousands of dancers who lack their dance teachers, partners and dance friends. This is a tribute to those who misses rehearsals, concerts and performances. And, of course, for those who were so prepared to take part in the school youth song and dance festival this summer in Latvia. 04.01.2022 My Folkstyle Bellydance Workshops will be returning for term 1 2021. Approx. commencement 1st week in February. These series of workshops are at an introductory level and will cover cultural significance, movement, music and costuming. Workshop 1 and 2 will look at "The Hagalla." Wokshop 3 and 4 Gawazee and Workshop 5 and 6 Beledi (restrictions permitting). The workshops run for 2 hours and the cost is $30. Due to COVID restrictions spaces are limited. Time slots are 10am and 2pm. PM me to secure your spot and for payment details.
