That's right, our special in-house made Tom Yum Chilli Paste is sure to flush out the chilli novices from the chilli lovers!... Asian Pot's Tom Yum is a clear, spicy and tangy soup paired with plenty of aromatic asian herbs such as homegrown Kaffir Lime and Galangal from Uncle Sid's garden. We found our way to the tropics 23 years ago, with a newborn baby and a fresh new calling: finding new ways to make Darwin locals sweat! ... WHAT MAKES ASIAN POT UNIQUE? Since our humble beginnings in 1996, Asian Pot has been an untouched gem on the iconic Smith St, Darwin Central building. Always family owned and operated, our ethos is to create sustainably prepared, locally sourced authentic Chinese Singaporean and Malaysian cuisine. All our ingredients are from local makers and suppliers, all our seasonings, curry pastes and chilli sauces made from scratch and all our secrets come from ancestral history. We are all about life's simplest pleasures - like slurping down the last of your bowl - to it's risks: wearing a white shirt to lunch.
