09.01.2022 Introducing our two new house-made spice packs: pho broth whole spices and Chinese five-spice powder. The former was inspired by @tracyintransit ‘s request so a very special shoutout! Simply teacraft.com.au/pho and ..../fivespice respectively. We had blast pulling from our emporium of spices and combining them to recipes. In particular, grinding whole Sichuan peppers ourselves closer to the time of use really brings out the florals that isn’t always obvious in some commercial brands.
