Ministry of Home Affairs is taking measures to safely reopen the Australian border for international travel at scale! The Government has introduced Digital Passenger Declaration (DPD), which will replace the physical incoming passenger card and the COVID-19 Australian Travel Declaration web form. The passengers will be able to complete the DPD on... their mobile devices or computer. The DPD will capture essential information including passengers’ vaccination status up to 72 hours prior to boarding and will also have the capability to verify and share any Australian Government-approved and digitally-verified travel, health and vaccine status information of international travellers with State and Territory public health authorities.
