23.01.2022 Hi everyone. It's now been two weeks (maybe three??) since we run our last lesson on the mats. Hopefully everyone is doing fine and watching the training videos and lesson videos we've been uploading daily. We plan on starting ZOOM lessons in the next day or so. Just need to sort out a schedule that suits everyone's new circumstances. Leave us a comment below or send a message telling us what lessons you would like to run and when. Don't limit yourself to what was happ...ening on the mats. If there is a demand, we will run as many lessons as possible. 19.01.2022 On 12 June we start training on the mats again!!! And we can't wait!!! That's right. It will be a deliberately slow start and fully meet the COVID 19 restrictions, but it is a start. We will train at the Hub on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights, whilst continuing to run ZOOM lessons 6 days a week, until we are fully operational again. We will also start one on one lessons for those who want a kick start.... Throughout the COVID 19 closure, we continued to support our students with over 20 ZOOM lessons a week and over 40 training videos being uploaded. That's what makes our school so great. 18.01.2022 Mirra Westaway was the second of our teenagers to grade to Orange belt last Monday, 13 Jul 20. It was an awesome grading and pleasing to see after our COVID lock down. As with everyone else who graded last week, Mirra was scheduled to grade just after we closed in March, but to her credit, stayed focused. Congratulations Mirra, you did a great job!!

Adult Senior Belts - (Blue Belt and above) - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7.30pm Adults and Teenagers (Green Belt and Below) - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 6pm... Falcons (8-12yo) - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 5pm Bilbies & Wallabies (4-7yo) - Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4pm, plus Saturday at 2.30pm Our plan is to ensure everyone is able to train at least once a week (ideally more). If these times don't meet your needs, let us know and we can schedule extra lessons. Additionally, if our Falcons, Bilbies and Wallabies are able to do more, let us know and we will schedule them. A link and password will be sent every morning via text, for the lessons that afternoon. Keep an eye out and let Henry know if they don't turn up. 15.01.2022 Well its now been about a week since we ceased classes. We are slowly uploading training videos to our communication closed group, Bilbies and Wallabies closed group and the HS closed group. If you haven't looked at them so far, please do so and upload your video so we can review them. If nothing else, it will help keep your skills up and provide a bit of exercise for those of you at home. In the next week or so, I will be starting lessons on ZOOM if you're interested. ...By now, everyone should have cancelled their payments to us. Regardless of whether we introduce ZOOM lessons or not, I will not be asking for payments to recommence, until we are back training on the mats. As you know, we are passionate about martial arts and self defence, and our school is about much more then making money. Remember, these classes are free to our students and times and frequency can be changed to meet your needs. Our plan is to actually improve your skills and knowledge during the COVID 19 shutdown, so once we're back on the mats, you're ready for the next challenge ahead. It's really pleasing to see the commitment from our students, as they join our ZOOM lessons and engage with the training videos we upload very couple of days. That shows real dedication and a desire to be the best they can be. We think it's important at times like this to maintain training, fitness, a routine, w...illingness to not give up and a desire to achieve.
