23.01.2022 An Ask Ed story... ‘My teacher said that I was very resilient!' 'What does that mean?', I asked.... 'Well, it means I can get on with life when things don’t always go the way I want. I can bounce back’. 'What do you think has helped build your resilience?' 'Well, we have a catastrophe scale at our place on the fridge and if I'm feeling a bit annoyed or angry about something Mum or Dad will ask me - Do you need to go to the fridge?' 'If I say yes, they’ll take me to the fridge to rate the problem on the scale. This helps me to put things in perspective. That means I can make a decision about how bad the problem really is.' 'Talking with Mum and Dad about my problems and making a plan to get things sorted is really helpful.' 'Mum and Dad say I have been raised by a cat called Ed!' Download 'Ask Ed' from the App Store today.

09.01.2022 I visited a hardware store recently and as I waited at the checkout behind a mum and her two children stern words were spoken! ‘I told you both to stop touching one another, now stop it! That’s it, no cricket for you. I am sick of telling you to keep your hands off each other.' Time for Ed! I tapped one of the children on the shoulder, smiled and handed over an Ask Ed card.... 'Try this’, I said, ‘It will help you with any problems'. They read the card and as they left mum turned, smiled, and said, ‘Thank you’. Ask Ed, ready to help kids with small and large problems, anywhere, anytime!
