We have ours programmed to come on and off in the mornings and evenings (we prefer not to keep in on overnight). But it’s now a good to time review the settings and adapt. . Remember to also keep the thermostat set to 19-20 degrees in winter to keep your energy use and costs down. In summer the ideal temperature is 24 deg...rees. .
