16.01.2022 Thank You for Supporting ASLIA (WA)! Yesterday, our End of Year event "Lawn Bowls and BBQ" was well supported by ASLIA members, non-members and Deaf community members. A nice way to end a very strange year! Your committee hopes you felt well supported with plenty of events this year, nearly double what we usually provide. 11.01.2022 ASLIA (WA) Update from the President! Our Committee held a strategic planning weekend in Mandurah. We have planned PD and super fun social events for 2021 Watch this space for further information... [Transcript: Hello. We're here in Halls Head in Mandurah/Mandjoogardup. We're in a beautiful house, on the canals (see!), there's a bridge over there. This morning we saw a beautiful sight - a man on a stand-up paddle board with a little doggo looking very happy on the front of the board. It was very cute. And at night, there are Christmas lights on the houses all along the canal. Very beautiful here! The ASLIA (WA) Committee have come down here to plan, brainstorm, discuss and get ready for 2021. We have a lot of ideas, we've been filming things, so much stuff going on! Please keep an eye on your emails, Facebook, and the website for more information coming up. Now, I'm going to sit back and enjoy the view, seeya/boorda.]

Our WA Committee was extremely pleased with the turn-out and thank our members and Deaf community members for supporting this event.
