25.01.2022 We cant stress enough the importance of finding the right architect and team to help you through the process of getting approval and building your new house. Here is a sneak peak of some of the E X C I T I N G new projects that we have coming up. One of these jobs was submitted to council and had DA approval within 3 WEEKS!!! This is unheard of. A lot of behind the scenes work with the team at ASM and a big thanks to Paul at Definitive Drafting to get this approval through so quickly. We can help you navigate your way through this giant maze of regulations and conditions to get the home of your dreams.

The DA application for this client was lodged on Friday 26 October and a determination was made by Tuesday 30 October. This is a result from engaging ASM Building Group to assist in the DA process and planning stages of your new home and will minimise your time in council. credit to our client

21.01.2022 One of recent home renovations fully completed - has come up a treat This house had a full kitchen, main bathroom and ensuite upgrade, fully tiled throughout, new stacker door and windows installed to rear, WIR upgrade and install of brand new pivot system front timber door.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our wonderful clients, suppliers, colleagues and subcontractors for another busy and productive year. We couldn't do it without you all. We are finishing off on a high note with another completed home in the Wongawilli area, here is a few little pics. 06.01.2022 Custom Contemporary Living We recently handed the keys over to the lucky owners of this custom built contemporary home in Picton. This home has an open plan kitchen and living area which has been enhanced by those gorgeous raked ceilings. We also love the black hardware that has been selected in the bathrooms.

To date, this current project has taken approximately 18 weeks from breaking ground to get to this stage. Not bad for a house, granny flat and workshop!!
