21.01.2022 ASM earthworks and rural is currently looking for a bulldozer excavator operator this position will be 4 to 5 days per week every week. If you Are interested in this job you must consider the following Have your own four-wheel-drive Ute with tools air compressor and room to carry 400 L fuel tank or fuel trailer Experience in all areas of bush earthworks this includes dam construction all types of roadworks site levelling ( must be able to operate lazer level )and timber clea...ring. Machines pictured below will be yours to operate and to look after as if they belong to you. We will be updating dozer later in the year. ASM pride ourselves with attention to detail on every job and to have a friendly happy working realationship with every customer. This role needs you to take responsibility for every job and to be able to make on site decisions. We get the work float the gear where needed carry out required Maintenance and you do the rest. Due to the good rains we have had majority of the roots are coming out and blackberries are virtually coming out in one pass with our stickrake as can be seen in pictures hardly any dirt and the bush is gone. This is a big saving on time and chemical when it comes to spraying and you dont have dead bushes everywhere. There is so much valuable land that has been let go to regrowth, blackberries and other woody weeds, not only are you regaining valuable grazing/pasture ground you are value adding to your property. He answers me: $ 800 maximum... That's a pretty simple job right? !"... - For $ 800 I invite you to do it yourself. - But.... I don't know how to. - For $800 I'll teach you how to. I used to getting up later. ... - You know, I've been thinking. Y ' all better get the job done. I'd rather pay you the $1500. If I had to, it wouldn't be perfect and it would cost me a lot more. When you pay for a job, especially handcrafted, you pay not only for the material used, but also: - Knowledge - Experience - Study - Tools - Services - Time to go - punctuality - Accountability - Professionalism - Accuracy - Guaranteed - Patents - Sacrifices - Safety and security - Payment of tax obligations No one can denigrate other people's work by judging prices. Only by knowing all the elements necessary for the production of a certain work can you estimate the actual cost.
