24.01.2022 Don't miss out on our last Navigation weekend Course before Christmas! The New Year continues with even more Navigation opportunities.

23.01.2022 "Dear team at ASM,.... ...I would like to commend our guides - Levi and Karensa, for their patience and approachability. Further, for staying modest and considerate despite their experience. When you go on tours, its often you encounter guides who find the routines mundane and express tiresome attitudes. There were a couple of participants on our course that were afraid but Levi and Karensa took great care in ensuring their safety and the fear doesnt jeopardize their exper...ience. Personally, I was rather scared too but I completed it having such a fantastic time and motivated about our abilities to conquer fears. Thank you once again for organising and offering such an opportunity, Im confident all future goers will have the time of their lives. " Thanks for the awesome review, Tam! Were so glad to hear had such a great day out with Levi and Karensa on our Abseiling & Canyoning Adventure

23.01.2022 A fantastic ASM Navigation Workshop with She Went Wild was had on Saturday. Our formal classroom theory session to begin the day was rounded off with an awesome off track expedition that gave everyone plenty of opportunity to put their newly learnt Navigation skills to the test!

22.01.2022 Here are a couple of fantastic reviews that our senior Guides, Harry, Ken and Tristan have recently received. Well done team! Keep up the excellent work! "Just wanted to provide some feedback on the Rock III course just completed with Harry and Ken. The breadth of skills covered went far beyond my expectations which was hugely satisfying. The willingness of the guides to cover extra skills or adjust the course to suit our needs was also great e.g. I explained that I will be d...oing some mountaineering later in the year and Harry was able to elaborate on some useful techniques for an alpine setting. The instructors were very relaxed and articulate and created a very positive atmosphere within the group. I spent more time with Harry, and his approach to instruction really made the course what it was for me. Thanks for a thorough and fulfilling experience! Ill be looking to do more with ASM in future. Kind regards, Rohan H" Hi Peter and Helen, had a one day private lesson yesterday with Tristan. It was an absolutely fantastic day. Tristan gave us an great introduction to Abseiling making it our day asking us what we wanted to achieve. At the same time he was thorough and extremely patient. I was terrified of doing an abseil but managed to descend what I thought was a significant rock and felt that I had achieved a lot. Peter did lots of knot work in the afternoon and learnt more technical aspects. I would highly recommend Tristan he has great teaching skills. We cant wait to come back and do a Canyoning day and Peter to do the next level of Abseiling. Please pass on our thanks to Tristan. Kind regards Helen

17.01.2022 Courtesy of keen photographer and ASM Senior guide Lawrence, here are some awesome photographic highlights from ASMs recent Arapiles trip. - "Arapiles Trad Climbing Course. This is a great experience. Having done the course already in April, I went in this time round with a certain amount of expectation. My expectations were exceeded it was excellent. Different Guides and coaching style seem to keep me interested, layered with different climbing routes and bouldering in t...he afternoon. A strong climbing proficiency was securely coached whilst on the climbs. A good positive vibe from the group. A well balanced experience. Thanks so much. Date of experience: October 2019 " -- Many thanks to Lawrence, Lewis and Kerensa for their fantastic guiding on this one. See more

13.01.2022 Absolutely fantastic feedback for our Senior Guide Harry! Great work mate! Well done! :-) ---------- "An awesome experience" Hi ASM... My fifteen year old son Marcus and I had a three day personal Guided rock climbing, abseiling and canyoning experience this last week. I feel greatly compelled to give a lengthy feedback on our experience with ASM but more so in regards to our private guide Harry Hill. Our prior climbing experience was only at an inside climbing gym a half dozen times, we had never climbed outdoors before our booking with ASM. My son and I had no prior expectations or even new of ASM prior to making our booking which was simply the result of a google search on the internet. What took place over the next three days honestly blew our minds and has left such a positive impression that the memories and photos will be cherished for ever. To begin with at the time of booking we were looked after very professionally by the ASM team, they were very friendly, helpful and left us feeling very confident in regards to making a booking. Although the true star of the show was Harry Hill. Not only was Harry professional in his conduct he made the whole experience so much fun that we will be seeking him out to be our personal guide for future adventures with ASM. Calling the experience fun is not doing it justice, Harry quickly assessed our capability and began to challenge, instruct and develop our skills by progressing us through higher levels of difficulty per climb, at the same time never overestimating or placing challengers that were not accomplishable. On a further note Harry was also so accomodating and flexible and gave us more time and experiences that we had booked for, one afternoon after the time that we should have called it a day he took us to Dam Cliffs at Kerma Crescent after hearing that Marcus loved diving of cliffs, we had never been or heard of the place and loved it so much. We got so much more than we bargained for, the cost of the booking was insignificant in comparison to the return of the adventure and was well worth it. The blue mountains is truly a spectacular place. Thank you Harry and ASM, it was truly awesome, we cant wait for our next booking. Kind regards, Phillip and Marcus Show less Date of experience: January 2020

11.01.2022 A wonderful Trip Advisor review for our new Climbing guide Scott. Well done Scott, great work! Rock Climbing "Had a full day of guided rock climbing with the ASM and it was absolutely AMAZING! Our guide Scott was a total professional and a super nice guy - taught us a bunch of skills and safety and how to clean a route. Then took us out on a multi pitch trad route of Sweet Dreams - something that seemed totally out of reach for two new climbers. Learned how to clean trad gea...r, so cool! Never for a moment felt unsafe. If you have a chance to have an experience with these guys - do it! And if you do, ask for Scott cos he's a boss." https://www.tripadvisor.com.au/ShowUserReviews-g261618-d556

09.01.2022 I just wanted to email to give feedback on my recent Rock 1 course... ...Harry was EXCELLENT. As a guide he was attentive, calm and a true professional. Day 1 was a lot of fun at Mount York and Harry was great at getting us into the climbing - for me it was my first transition from indoor to outdoor. Day 2 was a whole other level of experience - a true "peak adventure". Climbing Sweet Dreams under his expert guidance and care delivered us an experience Ill always remembe...r. His confidence in our ability helped us make the decision to attempt it in the first place. Harry never rushed us, paced our expectation, and explained everything in detail of what was coming next. He was empathetic when I felt the pressure was overwhelming. I trusted him completely and his support brought the best out of all of us on that climb. When I was struggling, Harry was my "lifeline", the voice in my ear giving constructive direction or when completely exasperated, even hauling me up!! Nothing was a problem, there was always a solution. Every time I couldnt see how I was going to complete the pitch and then I would. He was always level headed during the pitches, dealt with our adrenaline, fear and mental blocks and got us through. How fortunate you are to have him on your staff - Harry is an absolute asset to your business. I would never in a million years, think I was capable of completing that climb - others in the group agreed. Thank you for the exposure to the opportunity and to a guide that made something inconceivable, possible. Thank you, Harry. It was a mind-expanding experience. Im a very happy customer. Ill be recommending ASM to friends. Thanks for the awesome feedback, Katika! Push your limits and enroll on our Rock 1 course today: https://asmguides.rezdy.com//rock-1-introductory-weekend-c
