24.01.2022 An #IWD global study has found that the majority of men acknowledge that gender equality can only be achieved with mens support. To create balance, we have to collaborate. After scrolling through my news feed today I only found one man in my network who had posted a #IWD2019 supportive post. I am hoping all amazing men out there are showing their support in the real world instead of the digital world.

The government is showing its commitment to supporting small businesses through this initiative. There was a great line-up of NGOs to provide and offer some amazing services to business owners.

14.01.2022 I just love my horse Rosie so much when she teaches me a valuable lesson. I have been telling her on our morning rides to the beach not to do her number 2 business in the middle of the road as it is not appreciated by other road users (go figure!) I have been teaching her some designated number 2 spots along the route and she has been taking my advice on a few proud occasions. This morning I was telling her again just in case she forgot, and tried teaching her along the wa...y so she would remember. Rosie decides to walk straight towards the designated number 2 spot but instead of doing her business there, she does it in the middle of the road, right in front of the spot, feeling very proud of herself. I did the tell me and I forget part, did the teach me and I remember part but forgot to do the involve me and I learn part. Lesson learned my dear insightful horse.

I just love working with passionate and committed clients who have something unique to offer the world. We looked at creating the right scaling mindset, review and optimise the existing marketing and business development strategy and delve deeper into the mind of their ideal client and how best to serve them now and into the future. 06.01.2022 Some history to put #IWD2019 in perspective. In 1910, at the general meeting of the Socialist International in Copenhagen, hundred women from 17 countries agreed to the proposal of promoting #equalrights for women globally and established International Womens Day. The first ever #IWD happened March 19, 1911 in Germany, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland. Fast forward a staggering 108 years later the world celebrates social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women but we are still fighting for equal rights and trying to get a #BalanceforBetter.

01.01.2022 After a ride in the ocean this morning on my beautiful horse Rosie, I was in the right mindset to work with this amazing group of community minded and passionate people on #businessplanning and #strategy for the community hub they have created. Once again the success of the hub came down to defining and understanding their #targetmarket and developing an associated pricing strategy. The strategy included tiered pricing, a customer qualification process and looking at #collaborations and #partnerships going forward. I am confident this group will be nailing it and they will be able to offer an inclusive hub for everyone to enjoy.
